CONGRATULATIONS SDO Iriga City for achieving a milestone in shared governance and excellence!
The Schools Division Office (SDO) of Iriga City proudly received the Plaque of Recognition for achieving 100% Public Secondary Schools SGC (School Governance Council) Functionality during the Regional SGC Survey for School Year 2025–2026. This remarkable achievement highlights SDO Iriga City’s unwavering commitment to participatory governance, shared leadership, and continuous school improvement through effective School-Based Management (SBM).
In recognition of this accomplishment, commendations were awarded to the following exemplary leaders and coordinators for their dedication to the successful implementation of School Governance Council (SGC):
• Leopoldo R. Dato, Jr. – Principal I, Iriga Central School
• Jhomer I. Rosal – SEPS-SMME / Division SBM Coordinator
• Marilou G. Sacay – Master Teacher II / School SGC Coordinator
They were joined by ASDS Maylani L. Galicia, Chief Noel G. Cabaltera, and Ma’am Baby Elsie Jove, SBM School Coordinator of Iriga Central School, in receiving this recognition. The awards were conferred during the 6th Regional Assembly of School-Based Management Practitioners held on October 8, 2025, at the Casablanca Hotel, Legazpi City.
The awardees paid a courtesy call today to the OIC-Schools Division Superintendent Maria-Magnolia F.
