The highly anticipated School Heads Induction Program (SHIP) is officially underway, designed to equip our newly promoted and soon-to-be School Heads with the essential skills and knowledge for effective leadership.
This pivotal three-day program, running from November 3–5, 2025, is being held at the conveniently located Desny Grill, San Nicolas, Iriga City.
The induction was graced by the presence of key division officials, highlighting the importance the Schools Division Office places on nurturing new leadership talent. We were honored for the presence of our OIC-Schools Division Superintendent, and ASDS Maylani L. Galicia.
